Bright yellow colour with green hue. Elegant and fragrant nose with ripe fruit, pink grapefruit and grapefruit zest, fresh tangerine, ripe granadilla and hints of starfruit. Candied lemon peel and elder blossoms in the background. On the palate well structured with fine acidity, discreet minerality and juicy fruit, excellent length and creamy texture.
