Laurent Perrier “La Cuvée” is a blend made from over 100 carefully selected Crus. “La Cuvée” benefits from an ideal aging of around 4 years in the cellar. Chardonnay makes up over 50% of the blend with Pinot Noir, between 30% and 35% rounded out with Pinot Meunier, between 10% and 15%. Reserve wines make up between 15% and 30%* to ensure perfect consistency in style. Its balance and freshness are enhanced by a light dosage.
Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée is pale gold with a steady stream of fine bubbles. The nose has delicate aromas of citrus fruits, underpinned by hints of white flowers.
A perfect balance between freshness and finesse, the palate is full-bodied, complex and creamy, displaying great length on the finish.
Bright yellow with green hue. Fragrant nose reminiscent of vineyard peaches, acacia blossoms, hints of toasting, backed by ripe fruit, pear, apple, citrus fruit and tangerine zest. On the palate complex and crisp with creamy mousseux, convincing depth and length with multi-layered finish displaying ripe hazelnuts and juicy fruit.
The brioche and cooked-apple and cream character really comes through here. Full-bodied and round with fine bubbles. Flavorful and intense. Vivid, bread-dough finish. This is four years on lees. 55% chardonnay and the rest pinot.
