The Story

Since early years, the production of Belle Epoque has grown year after year. Belle Epoque Rosé was created in 1976. The excellent vintage of Chardonnay in 1993 inspired Hervé Deschamps, cellar master at Perrier-Jouët, to produce a small quantity of Blanc de Blancs:

Written Notes

An exquisite bottle. Light salmon-pink colour. Small bubbles, which rise in a persistent, steady stream. The nose is very fresh and rich, with fine raspberry fruit and bready, nutty notes beneath. A full-bodied and structured wine. On the palate the mousse is polished and creamy, but the wine retains its fresh and elusive character. There is lovely balance and smooth texture with a creamy, lightly toasted flavour in the entrancing finish. A finely tuned Rosé.
