TASTINGNOTE ‘Vilket utsökt vin! Många 75:or saknar charm och leende utstrålning, därför var det enormt glädjande att mötas av den söta intensitet som den här underskattade prestigechampagnen bjuder på. Det finns alltid en lätthet och fräschör i Perrier-Jouëts viner som här spelar andrafiolen till förmån för den rikedom av knäckiga sirapsliknande aromer. Rikt stort en häftig beerenauslese-lik uppenbarelse i munnen. Sagolik balans i denna ganska knepiga årgång. Finstämd retning av moussen än idag! På något märkligt vis kan helhetsupplevelsen liknas vid att dricka kolasås utan att drabbas av sinnenas mättnad.’
