Written Notes

A great classic with bright Champagne colour. The nose is typical with fine aroma reminiscent of fresh pear, ripe apple, hints of citrus fruit and lemon zest, brioche and hints of vanilla in the background. On the palate juicy and crisp with refined fruit and slightly chalky minerality, discreet toasting and brioche in the finish.

A: golden brown N: tropical fruits, smooth P: perky acidity, vivid mousse, broad E: chewy and rich In a nutshell: expressive and balanced Finla verdict: can a non-vintage champagne get much better?
