Written Notes

Bright, green yellow colour. Charmingly rich and toasty, nose is very appealing with some peppermint notes. Dry, crisp, and vivid palate charms with lovely toastiness and roundness. Good intense finish. – JL 94p (3/2023)

Bright yellow colour with almost green hue. Very fresh and juicy nose with aroma reminiscent of Mirabelle, ripe pear, hints of citrus fruit and brioche in the background. On the palate well balanced with elegant mousseux, convincing depth and length, ripe fruit and chalky minerality.
