Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Excellent nose with ripe blackcurrants, blackberries and hints of blackcurrant spurs. Backed by dark chocolate, vanilla and oriental spices, hints of refined oak and fine toasting. On the palate velvety tannins with a firm core, refined fruit, discreet spiciness, a wine with almost salty minerality and great freshness. Excellent depth and length with hints of graphite lingering in the aftertaste. A great vintage.
