Anchored in 2015 and blended with 2013 and 2012, this iteration draws from eight villages with a 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir composition—intentionally leaning on Chardonnay to balance Pinot's concentration. The warm 2015 and 2012 vintages bring open expressiveness and depth, while the cooler, late-ripening 2013 injects vibrant freshness and tension.
It opens with generous aromas of ripe pear, yellow peach, lemon confit, and warm, freshly baked bread, all rimmed with a subtle streak of smoky reduction. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich, and concentrated, wrapping a charming, generous core of fruit around a tangy line of acidity that drives a long, echoing finish. Slightly fleshier and broader-shouldered than the Grand Siècle N°24 tasted alongside, it clearly heralds another distinguished Grand Siècle in the making.
