This cuvee, mis en cave in 2003, was presenting itself with perfect maturity. The colour was deep yellow with a slightly golden hue. The nose was mature, complex and rich, displaying aroma reminiscent of freshly baked Brioche, hints of vanilla and toasty aroma, succulent fruit reminiscent of ripe apricots, hints of tropical an almost salty minerality in the finish. Well balanced character with a smooth but long finish.
