TASTINGNOTE ‘Pommery ”4-Seasons” är en serie Champagner med unik sensorisk palett, perfekt avpassade till de fyra årstiderna. Summertime Blanc de Blancs görs på Chardonnay druvor från ett tiotal vingårdslägen, varje enskilt läge adderar till vinets komplexitet. Alain de Polignac har verkligen lyckats att med relativt enkla druvor blanda ihop en perfekt sommrig aperitif med blommiga dofter och en smak som är mild som en sommarvind. Jag skulle bli förvånad om vinet förbättras i källaren. Passa istället på att njuta av dess ungdomliga gäckande förtjänster. Sommaren är kort!’
