Tasting note

Written Notes

Decanted for one and half hours before tasting. Very deep, dark colour. Distinguished, intense and surprisingly youthful nose. A very classic wine. Concentrated, full and vigorous wine. Very seductive attack, but in the middle it was a bit soft, dry and fairly acidic with sweet tannin and fruit. Well-balanced with long, chocolaty and truffle-flavored finish. Ready and mouthwatering now, it won’t get any better with age.
