The Tb points given to this wine are the world’s most valid and most up-to-date evaluation of the quality of the wine. This special cuvée was created in the 1990s to meet the demands of two great French chefs – Bernard Loiseau and Pierre Gagnaire. They had expressed a desire for a product that could well accompany their desserts, especially fruit desserts. The wine bases on Jacques Selosse Cuvée Initiale and differs from it with only higher dosage of sugar.

Tastinnote; I stort sett så bra som en uppsötad champagne kan bli. Vilket syrligt bett och vilken krydda i aromspektrumet. För någon som dricker en stor mängd Riesling Auslese så kan jag definitivt känna för denna champagne. Den har nästan en tyngdlös Emrich Schönleber-liknande kvalitet i gommen och sötman har en textur likt riktigt tunn is, som är aldrig blir för söt.
