Written Notes

Selosses klassiska Brut, hette tidigare Tradition. En blandning av tre årgångar. Druvsammansättning (Cépage): tre efter varandra följande årgångar av chardonnay från Avize, Cramant & Oger. Lagring på sin jästfällning: >3 år före dégorgering. Dosage: ~5 g/l. Produktion: 33 000 flaskor från de plattare delarna av vingårdarna där jorden är rikare. Pris: ca 110 US$ dollars. Richard Juhlin Poäng: 85(92). Tastinnote; Härlig näsa; kryddor, vita blommor, torkad frukt, vita och gula frukter. Man märker dess personlighet först med sin närvaro i munnen. Materialet visar sig i en mycket mogen, men inte överdriven stil. Eken är väl integrerad. Dosagen är fortfarande något närvarande i vinet, men jag ser inte det som ett problem, eftersom den är nästan helt absorberad av champagnen. Det är en fantastisk champagne, mycket välsmakande och delikat.
