This special cuvée was created in the 1990s to meet the demands of two great French chefs – Bernard Loiseau and Pierre Gagnaire. They had expressed a desire for a product that could well accompany their desserts, especially fruit desserts. The wine bases on Jacques Selosse Cuvée Initiale and differs from it with only higher dosage of sugar.

Lagring på sin jästfällning: 3 år före dégorgering.

Tastinnote; I stort sett så bra som en uppsötad champagne kan bli. Vilket syrligt bett och vilken krydda i aromspektrumet. För någon som dricker en stor mängd Riesling Auslese så kan jag definitivt känna för denna champagne. Den har nästan en tyngdlös Emrich Schönleber-liknande kvalitet i gommen och sötman har en textur likt riktigt tunn is, som är aldrig blir för söt.
