Druvsammansättning (Cépage): Successiva årgångar av Pinot Noir från Aÿ och Ambonnay. Lagring på sin jästfällning: ~5 år före dégorgering. Dosage: ~4 g/l Degorgerad i februari 2007. Produktion: ~140 lådor – 840 flaskor. Pris: ca 180-200 US$ dollars. Richard Juhlin Poäng: 95(96). Tastinnote; Detta är en strålande champagne! Näsan är obeskrivligt komplex. Jag kan bara jämföra det med Bollingers Vieilles Vignes Français och André Clouets Un Jour 1911. Du har just den känsla av något sällsynt, speciell, unik framför dig. Det är som att inget vin har du druckit. Dess vackra, drag av smörkakor mjuka känsla i munnen är överväldigande. Finishen är lång och full av valnötter och mogen smak av exotisk frukt. Det verkade vara för evigt som bara tar över gommen.
