Druvsammansättning (Cépage): Två efter varandra kommande årgångar av chardonnay från Avize. I denna version (bas 2002-2003) används pinot noir från Egly-Ouriet. Efter 2005 kommer frukten från egna parceller i Ambonnay. Denna version är främst baserad på årgång 2002.
Lagring på sin jästfällning: 5 år före dégorgering.
Dosage: 0-4 g/l
Produktion: ~500 lådor- 3 000 flaskor

Tastinnote; Är normlat inte speciellt imponerad då Blanc de Blancs-producener ger sig in i roséträsket! Med bara en antydan av orangeröd färg, överskrider detta rosévin det mest i sin kategori, ett unikt vin. Jag älskar näsan med en fin mineralitet och små röda frukter. Efter att den öppnar upp sig; en touch av jod och havsvatten. Fullständigt harmonisk - som ingen annan roséchampagne från en odlare jag någonsin provat tidigare. Nästan som ett vitt vin, men med några extra lager av komplexitet, fast det hela var vackert harmoniskt. Smaken är lite mindre komplex och det behöver tid i glaset. Denna oxidativa behandling passar verkligen roséchampagne. Burgundiskt!
