Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle, in an perfect condition and has by the neck level. Colour is green-yellow, and looking clear and light. On the nose it is complex, fresh and pure. The taste is robust, fresh, and dry, low alcohol content, and high in acidity, medium-bodied, with multi-dimensional structure and developing. On the palate it is layered and has dried-fruit, herbs, mineral, bread, earthy, floral, citrus and white fruits flavours. The finish is long, a bit too bitter and sharp .. This wine is impressive. I paid around 500-1k€ a bottle. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years, decant at least 15min before tasting and this is a good invest wine. Too expensive for quality. I do recommend.
