THE 2015 VINTAGE’S CONDITIONS
Winter and spring were mild with low rainfall. The growing cycle got off to an early start and the vines developed progressively as the temperatures rose. The flowering process was even, with a dry summer and a few rainy spells, which encouraged an homogenous véraison, regulating hydric stress and allowing the Botrytis rot to set in.
