Intense yellow colour with golden hue. Opulent nose, candied apricots, peach jam, ripe physalis, hints of orange blossoms, candied orange peel and vanilla in the background. A whiff of honey. On the palate rich yet elegant with fine acidity and almost salty minerality, candied orange peel and apricots, hints of tropical fruit (granadilla), sweet almonds and honey in the background. Excellent depth and length, a wine close to perfection.
