Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Elegant yet initially slightly closed nose, opening up well, dark berries, blackberries and elderberries, hints of ripe blackcurrants, discreet spiciness elegant toasting and subtle oak. On the palate firm yet ripe tannins, well balanced with fine acidity adding freshness, juicy fruit quoting the nose, hints o blackcurrant spurs in the background.
