Written Notes

Medium intense, ruby colour. Intense black fruit nose with cassis and blueberries. Smoky, restrained and chauvinistic. Medium-bodied, acidic, austere tannins, quite intense and concentrated pakate but where is the fruit. Tobacco and black currants with stems in finish. Decant 4 hours. Ready to drink in 2030.
