The nose opens with an inviting and ethereal bouquet of lime blossom, Meyer lemon zest, white peach, and fresh green apple, evolving seamlessly into notes of chalk dust, white tea, delicate almond cream, and faint brioche. On the palate, the wine is sleek, linear, and vibrant. A brilliant thread of citrus acidity drives through a supple fruit core, carried by ultra-fine, persistent bubbles that impart a silky texture. The low dosage allows the authentic, chalky terroir of Avize to shine, culminating in a long, refreshing, and intensely saline finish.
