A Barossa blend which is still very young, this has immense promise. A vibrant purple, we have aromas of plums, dark chocolate, bay leaves, beefstock, blackberries, earth tones and coffee beans. The palate takes this wine to another level and we see oozing molten dark chocolate flavours really coming to the fore. There is great length here, and a seamless structure. While it is seriously intense, the wine is beautifully balanced with such satiny tannins. This is stellar and undoubtedly a ten year proposition. 94.
