Glinting in a pale salmon-orange hue, the NV Champagne 29th Edition Rosé makes a triumphant return to a lighter, classic style after the deeper pigments of the preceding three releases. The nose is decadent and expressive, bursting with toasted brioche, fresh nectarine, wild white strawberries, warm cardamom, and a hint of sea spray. Driven by the challenging 2017 vintage for red grapes, the cuvée relies on two years of reserve wines to build its signature depth. On the palate, it is beautifully rounded, delivering a plush, pillowy mousse balanced by vibrant acidity and a crisp, chalky texture. Set for release this fall, it is built to perform beautifully through 2050.
