Bollinger's PN cuvée editions represent the ode of Pinot Noirs from different terroirs. This cuvée comes mainly from Verzenay grand cru and the base wine is made of 2019 harvest. The dosage is 6 gr/l.
Intense nose shows ripe apricots, golden apples and brioche aromas. On palate, it shows dry and mineral mouthfeel with broad texture combined with gentle mousse and lingering finish. Great match with canapes and foie gras. Serve at 6-8C. Drink now-2029. – JL 92p. (April 24, 2025)
