Det är ändå fascinerande att se hur mycket tolv procent gamla reservviner vinifierade på ekfat och sedan lagrade i magnumbuteljer, gör för att lyfta vinet. Den ekigt rökiga och djupa Bollingerstilen utvecklas efter ett par år i flaskan. Superb just nu.’
