Fresh and slightly closed, with an intense, restrained aromatic profile. The palate is dry and energetic, combining lemony citrus with a pronounced chalky mineral character. Its taut structure and focused acidity give it a firm, youthful feel, while the persistent finish leaves a distinctly savoury impression. Drink 2028-2038. – JL 89 (October 2026)
Food pairing
Fresh oysters, grilled langoustines, steamed mussels or white fish with a light herb sauce. The chalky minerality and citrus-driven freshness work particularly well with shellfish and simply prepared seafood.
