Written Notes

A breathtaking, seamless expression of Barossa Valley Shiraz at its absolute peak. The nose is lifted and intensely aromatic, soaring with blueberry reduction, ripe black plum, violet pastille, and star anise, backed by subtle French oak cedar, dark cocoa, and clove. On the palate, it entry is pure velvet—broad, mouth-filling, and completely harmonized. A concentrated core of dark berry fruit is framed by fine, melted tannins and vibrant natural freshness, gliding into an endlessly smooth, aristocratic finish.
