Origin: Maipo Valley
The Maipo Valley is one of Chile's most important wine producing areas. Immediately on the south of the capital of the country, on the south side of Santiago, is the most famous wine of the country and is the best-known Cabernet Sauvignon wine. The area can be divided into three sub-areas: Alto Maipo, Central Maipo and Maipo Bajo.
Winemaking: 70% of the wine has matured for 10 months in a French oak. Bottle ripening for 4 months
Tasting notes: Deep, ruby-red color. A rich and intense scent with dark berries such as scallops, blueberries and blackcurrants. Also, the hints of spice in black pepper and tobacco form can be sensed. Taste abundant, balanced and tannins mature. The aftertaste is long.
