The Story
Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Origin: Central Valley
Soil: Sandy-clay soil. Depth of 1.5 metres.
Vinfication: The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of between 12°C and 16°C, thus drawing out and preserving many of the aromas characteristic of this variety.
Ageing: 30% of this wine was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. The wine was then bottle-aged for 6 months.
