First released with the 2009 vintage, Bin 23 is Penfolds' cool-climate Pinot Noir. It reflects Penfolds' ongoing multi-regional winemaking philosophy applied to Pinot Noir, drawing fruit from Australia's premier cool-climate regions—most notably the Adelaide Hills, Tasmania, and Henty.
