Written Notes

Medium intense, ruby colour. Rich, volaptuous nose with smoky and seductively toasty aromas - vanilla. Full-bodied, vivid acidity, broad and volumous mouthfeel with rich fleshy dark fruit, vanilla, dark chocolate and toastiness in the long harmonious finish. Decant 4 hours in advance and serve at 17C with Roasted Venison Fillet and creamy truffle pasta. At its peak in 2025-30.
