Written Notes

Very attractive, firm and slightly tannic wine. Richly flavoured. Certainly offers some intriguing complexity Has nice balance and depth. This was a fine red, a good Haut Brion but not a great one. But certainly not showing any signs off falling. It was matched with a 1983 Mouton and was vastly superior to it.
