The Story

DOM PÉRIGNON OENOTHÈQUE  / As the custodian of Dom Pérignon’s history and style, Geoffroy watches over a few samples of each vintage in his OEnothèque, the Chef de Cave’s wine cellar. In the OEnothèque, the wine continues to mature for years and even decades, and is reborn with each metamorphosis of time, for Dom Pérignon is unanimously recognized for its impressive aging potential. Written Notes

A wine that really benefits from handling, according to the “Oenotèque concept.” The shape is round and vintage-typically rich, but the wine is vigorous and orange-sated as usual, with a taste of apricot marmalade. Brilliant!

Bottle in excellent condition. Looking deep, mature and straw. Mature, intense, refined, opulent and seductive on the nose. The taste is rich, vigor, refined, average in acidity, low alcohol content, good texture and concentrated. Long, gentle, lingering, flavorful and vibrant. Excellent and transparent. Decanted 15min and drink between 2020 and 2030. Costs about 1k-3k€ per bottle. Good value for money.
