The Story

DOM PÉRIGNON OENOTHÈQUE  / As the custodian of Dom Pérignon’s history and style, Geoffroy watches over a few samples of each vintage in his OEnothèque, the Chef de Cave’s wine cellar. On the day of tasting, aromas of Arabica and musky accents of new leather and sandalwood were discerned. A tiny note of vanilla and a spicy hint of nutmeg give way to a precise, enduring quality of dried fruit underscored by just a touch of astringency.
